豬扒
該如何炸?還是用煎?需不需要加酱汁?
怎麼炸,才能做到外脆內軟?炸的感覺會不會太普通?
還是有煎的,不會太油.但如何煎才不會讓人吃到太腻?
試了好幾天了,
都一直達不到自己的口感要求.
